Swrna Rajhans NGO’s way of executing and managing projects is amazing and unbelievable. I am surprised to know and to have a practical experience that with just 01% of our united and highly dedicated Time-Efforts-Contributions can really make Big Change in society. All you need to have for achieving desired results and outcomes from social projects is perfect management system and unique technics of utilization of human resources along with highly efficient & dedicated management body that can follow correct plans and perfect strategies to execute and manage social project in organized way with limited resources in all adverse situations. The valuable lesson I learnt here is, we just do not need to do much to make big social change; small things done dedicatedly and consistently with united efforts can also make big change in the society very easily.
