Udyojika – Women Self Employment and Empowerment Program - (Regional Level : Sub Program 01)

 The Purpose of this ‘Regional Level Social Welfare Program’ is to work for the empowerment of women in the families of the students by providing them self – employment opportunities to make them financially strong to be capable enough to provide quality education, healthy nutritional food, medical facilities, cloths and better life amenities to students in their families on their own. Under this program we guide them to start ‘Unstated and Stated Module Business Firms’ to run the ‘Domestic Micro Businesses’ that have monthly turn over in few thousands and can easily be run in their ‘Regional Zone’ and as per the need of their ‘Localities and Local Market’.We are running this “Udyojika – Women Self Employment and Empowerment Program” at ‘Regional Level’ under the ‘National Social Welfare Mission’ called as “Mission Vande Mataram – National Social Welfare Mission”. This ‘Regional Level Social Welfare Program’ is conducted by ‘State Project Execution and Management Board’ established at ‘State Level’.This ‘Regional Level Social Welfare Program’ is executed and managed through ‘Mission Vande Mataram - Regional Project Execution and Management Board’ established at ‘Regional Level’ that consist of ‘National Level’ and ‘State Level’ ‘Management Officers’ staying in that particular ‘Regional Zone’. The purpose is to give them opportunity to work at ‘Grass Root Level’ and support their ‘Regional Level Social Welfare Program’ to make them successful because these are the people who know all their ‘Regional Level Beneficiaries’ very well and notice all their problems, its symptoms, causes or reasons and solutions or remedies too.  Their knowledge surely helps us achieve ‘Excellent Results and Desired Outcomes’ from those ‘Regional Level Social Welfare Program’.  Any ‘National Level’ and ‘State Level’ ‘Management Officers’ staying in that particular ‘Regional Zone’ and from any corner of that particular region can be the official part of the “Mission Vande Mataram – National Social Welfare Mission” and join us at ‘Region Level’ on ‘Mission Vande Mataram - Regional Project Execution and Management Board’ established at ‘Regional Level’ in their own ‘Residence Regional Zone’. They can join us as ‘Management Officers’ in the VCO i.e. ‘Volunteer Committee Officer’ hence it is called as “Regional Level Social Welfare Program”.     The ‘Management Officers’ appointed on ‘Mission Vande Mataram - Regional Project Execution and Management Board’ established at ‘Regional Level’ can participate in or/and conduct all ‘Social Welfare Programs’ in any corner of that particular region hence it is called as “Regional Level Management Officers”. We are also establishing ‘Regional Beneficiary Regulation Board’ to regulate beneficiaries successfully with help of beneficiaries and to maintain Group Motivation & Self Support Systems for Healthy Internal Communication to be able to run these all ‘Regional Level Social Welfare Program’ very smoothly like ‘National Level’ and ‘State Level’ Boards. The beneficiaries staying in that particular region can only be the part of the ‘Regional Level Social Welfare Program’ that is being run in their own ‘Residence Regional Zone’ and take all free benefits of all ‘Regional Level Social Welfare Program’ at no cost. The beneficiaries staying in that particular region can only be appointed as ‘Regulation Officer’ on the ‘Regional Beneficiary Regulation Board’ established in their own ‘Residence Regional Zone’.
